苦须菜能吃吗?
挖回来的苦须菜，择洗干净（这是最麻烦的，因为野生，所以根，叶都会占满泥土）3.锅中烧开水，下菜焯水，三分钟左右即可（因为菜种含有苦味，所以根据个人口味多煮或少煮）4.焯好的菜，捞出，放进凉水里冲凉并浸泡（浸泡时间也根据个人接受苦味的口味来定）5.蒜瓣剁碎备用6.浸泡好的野菜，挤干水分，拌入少量盐，然后放上切碎的蒜，依个人口味放上干辣椒面，将烧热的食用油浇上，然后拌入适量白醋和几滴香油即可（水分别挤得太干，那样会影响口感）
