甲状腺左叶宽2.0厘米,厚1.5厘米;甲状腺右叶宽1.6厘米,厚1.5厘米。峡部厚0.2厘米。甲状腺实质回声均匀,可见多个无回声,左侧最大约0.6*0.4厘米,右侧最大约0.7*0.4厘米,边界请,其内可见点状强回声,伴彗星尾征。左叶另可见等回声结节,大笑约2.0*1.4厘米,其内可见多发斑点状及斑块状强回声,周边可见低回声晕,CDI:结节内血流较丰富。CDI:甲状腺内血流分布正常双颈部未探及明显肿大淋巴结请问需要做穿刺什么的吗 基本上是一种什么状况啊

钙化的意思就是,由于炎症或其它的原因,造成组织坏死因而形成沉积,这就是钙化。手术指征,一般是超过1CM的结节。但也要视具体情况而定。
那就放心好了,这里的朋友都是远距离查看报告,说白了谁都没有临床经验,而且还有人工检查也很重要,这些都不具备的。那你就定期复查好了,应该没事,放松心情。注意休息。生活规律。

序列已纪分析,1. 如zjwang77 所说,你的序列太短了只有81个bp,不是太好。如图所示,你引物间可能形成引物二聚体,这样和你的目的片断恐怕很难分开。2. 下游引物可能形成错配,且该错配可能会形成产物,干扰你的正常目的条带。3. 如你所示,你做的是RT,最好是跨外显子设计引物,你的片断如此之短,恐怕也很难满足以上要求。

看看这对引物:Sense: CAAACGGGAGATGAATGGAntisense: ACGAAGCCCGCAATG退火温度、扩增片断长度等见下图:只有一处cross dimer,问题并不严重。唯一的缺点是退火温度稍低了些,不过做RT-PCR应该可以用。

关于丁香园  本人男,上海打工的。目前有两个工作需要做出选择。一个是第三方理财机构,本人积累有客户资源。朋友介绍。第二个工作是银行个人无抵押贷款。也是朋友介绍的。本人倾向做一个有前途的职业,希望懂这块的人帮忙指点一下那个工作更有前途。目前两个工作待遇差不多。

  如果是中资银行建议去银行,至少是国企,有保障。
