1主料:小杂鱼配料:无调料:鱼露、辣椒面、孜然粉、大粒海盐
2鱼去内脏洗净后,鱼身2侧各打一字花刀;
3淋入适量鱼露腌制15分钟;
4烤盘铺上锡纸,撒大量的海盐,再将腌制好的鱼铺在海盐上,然后再撒大量的海盐、辣椒面、孜然粉;
5入烤箱下火230度,上火180度,烤制8分钟即可,食用前将海盐抖落。
1、鱼的选择可以个人喜好,但大小差多,以免烤制时成熟度不统一;
2、鱼很新鲜,所以腌制时间不易过久,用鱼露腌制食物很容易入味的;
3、海盐的用量不要怕多;
4、烤制时间一定要掌握好,这种小鱼很新鲜,很容易成熟,所以一定不要烤老了。

1杂鱼洗净。
2五花肉切片。
3切好葱段,姜片,香菜。
4.沙煲置炉上,开火,将五花肉铺在沙煲底部。
5放进洗好沥干水份的小鱼,加酱油、盐,放上姜片,葱段适当加点水,大火开锅,用中小火煲。
6到水略干的时候,看见只剩下一点汁,揭开沙煲盖,拣出姜片,葱段,洒上香菜,关火即可。
