6月中旬在楼下菜市场买了三个西红柿，吃了两个，由于工作比较忙，剩下的一个始终没吃，放在储藏间的小纸盒子里，今天偶然发现这个西红柿还通红铮亮，没有丝毫要腐烂的迹象。大家看：
我从两个角度拍了两张照片。
在天涯问答上搜到了西红柿的储存方法：
1、容易贮藏。夏秋季节可利用地窖、通风库、地下室等阴闵场所贮藏番茄，筐或箱存时，应内衬干净纸或垫上用0.5%漂白粉消毒的薄包，防果实碰伤。将选好的番茄装入容器中，一般只装4－5层。包装箱码成4个高，箱底层垫枕木或空筐，箱间要留有空隙，利于通风。也可将果实直接堆放在货架上或地面上，码放3-5层果实为宜，架宽和堆宽不应超过0.8－1米，以利通风散热并防止压伤，衬垫物同筐装，层间垫消毒薄包或牛皮纸，则取上层可稍加覆盖（纸或薄膜）。入贮后，就加强夜间通风换气降低库温。贮藏期间每7－10天检查一次，挑出病烂果实，红熟果实应挑出销售或黑心入0－2℃库中继续贮藏。该法一般贮藏20－30天后果实全部转红。秋季如果能将温度控制在10－13℃，番茄也可以贮藏一个月。
&2、冷藏。夏季调温季节用机冷藏库贮藏，贮藏效果更好，绿熟果的适宜温度为12－13℃，红熟果1－2℃，贮藏期可延长到30－45天左右。
&3、气调贮藏。气调贮藏应在10－13℃下，保持贮藏环境中有2－4%的氧和3－6%的二氧化碳。当氧低于2%时，果皮上会出现局部下陷和浅褐色斑痕，严重时果皮变白，果蒂部腐烂。二氧化碳过高时，果皮上会出现白点，然后黑心为棕色斑点。正面介绍简易气调方法。
&⑴塑料薄膜大气调贮藏。用0.1－0.2毫米厚的塑料膜作成密闭塑料帐，容量约kg，用快速充氮降氧法或自然降氧法都行，帐内加硝石灰（果重的1－2%）吸收多余的二氧化碳。氧不足时充入新鲜空气。由于账内温度较高，果实易感染发病，加防腐剂可控制病害发生，可通入0.2%氯气，每2－3天施用一次将0.5%，有效期为10天可用0.05－0.1m1/1仲丁胺，也有良好效果，有效期约20－30天，每月使用1次。帐内加入浸透饱和高锰酸钾的砖块，吸收乙烯，效果更好。
&⑵塑料薄膜袋小包装贮藏法。将番茄入入0.06毫米厚的聚乙烯薄膜袋中，扎紧袋口，放入冷库中，每隔两三天，开袋放风，果实转红后，袋口不必扎紧，每袋5kg左右，防腐措施参照上述方法进行。用气调贮藏的番茄入贮前要进行严格挑选，剔除病伤果。
也许我们储藏间是阴面，又比较通风，纸盒子比较透气，这是储存时间长的原因？
可是看着这个西红柿还是不敢吃，怕卖菜的为了保存时间长摸了什么药，惊弓之鸟了。
哎，以前的时候咱们老百姓是总吃不饱，现在吃饱了，总不知道是吃什么吃饱的，中国的老百姓怎么总是为吃发愁呢？
