自酿葡萄酒“长毛”还能喝吗？

&&& 时下正是葡萄大量上市季节，我县不少市民开始自酿葡萄酒，或自己饮用，或馈赠亲友。近日，记者在嘉善BBS上看到，网友&特特&发帖称，她也自酿了葡萄酒。但是酒里面似乎&长毛&了，让她担心这自酿的葡萄酒是否还能饮用。
　　8月24日，记者通过网上留言找到了这位网友，她告诉记者，她姓吴，家住魏塘街道浒弄社区。8月17日，吴小姐看到网上一篇关于教人如何自酿葡萄酒的网帖，每个步骤都写得十分详细，还配发了图片。&我看到这个就来了兴趣，自己还能做葡萄酒？真有意思！于是我就试着做起了酒。&当天，吴小姐买了2.5公斤葡萄，把它洗干净后，再用淡盐水浸泡，再将葡萄带皮捏碎，装入干净的容器密封，等待发酵&&一周过去，葡萄酒从头几天的透明色逐渐变成了酒红色，十分好看。但就在这几天，酒里面突然&长毛&了，让吴小姐很是郁闷。记者也通过吴小姐提供的照片看到，葡萄酒里面出现了一层白色絮状物，看起来就像是长了毛一样。
　　吴小姐把这个情况发到网上，征询网友意见。一位名为&圆娃娃&的网友表示，这是发酵的正常情况，过滤下就没事的。听了网友的回答，吴小姐仍有些不放心，&真的没事？真心不敢喝了。&同样，和吴小姐抱有同样想法的网友也不在少数，理由是：自家做的，细菌超标。
　　那市民自酿的葡萄酒到底能不能喝呢？记者就此问题咨询了县疾控中心健康教育科科长李烈，他表示，自酿葡萄酒情况复杂，不能简单说能不能喝，但建议市民谨慎饮用。原因有三点：购买来的葡萄上可能有农药残留，直接连皮带肉捣碎做葡萄酒不健康；在酿酒的发酵过程中，可能会形成各类有害化学物质；自酿酒没有经过科学检测，很有可能会细菌超标，或含有某些致病菌。至于网友说的&长毛&，那是霉菌，有些无害，有些有害。
