1. Confirmation and Acceptance of Terms of Service

Kuaishou Technology may update the Terms periodically, and the agreement provisions after each update will replace the original agreement provisions without any separate notice. Users may re-download and install this software or check this website to read the latest version of agreement terms. If the user does not accept the provisions as amended by Kuaishou Technology, Kuaishou Technology has the right to cease providing access to the user for the use of related software and services. Unless as expressly provided in this Agreement, this Agreement does not provide for relevant Terms of Service in respect of other services of Kuaishou Technology or cooperative organizations as used by making use of this Software. In the event of any conflict between those separate Terms of Service and these Terms, the separate Terms of Service shall prevail. 2. Service Protection Terms?

4. Terms of Live Service
A. When using the Live service, the user must provide Kuaishou with authentic, accurate and detailed personal information. If the information fails to meet the requirements above, Kuaishou reserves the right to refuse to provide Live service. If there are any changes to user information, the user make timely updates and notify Kuaishou for verification. The user shall take full responsibility for any losses that may be caused by inconsistencies in personal (or other) information with the requirements above.
B. The user is not permitted to transfer or lend his account and password to others. Kuaishou assume no responsibility if user's account and password are illegally stolen or used, or for losses suffered due to hacking or negligence of custody.
C. The user agrees that Kuaishou reserve the right to run commercial or non-commercial advertisements and any other type of commercial or non-commercial information during the Live service.The user must offer his cooperation without requiring any consideration to be paid by Kuaishou, but we will strive to minimize its impact on users.
D. When using Live service, users shall bear sole liability if they behave inappropriately, breach the law or our rules, or violate the lawful rights of a third party.Kuaishou assume no liabilities relating to the above situations. Users shall provide compensation if their behavior causes any harm to Kuaishou.

7. User Privacy System

Therefore, in addition to the analysis of personal registration information as set out in Section 2 above, Kuaishou Technology will certainly not make public, edit or disclose the user’s registration information and any non-public contents as stored in the services of Kuaishou Technology, unless as Kuaishou Technology believes in good faith that such disclosure is necessary for the purposes as follows:

B. The user hereby authorizes Kuaishou Technology to send any form of commercial content to the user's registered email address and cellphone number.
8. Security of The User's Username and Passwords
The user will receive a password and a username upon successful registration. The user will be held fully accountable for any damage caused to himself, Kuaishou Technology or any third party, arising out of his failure to safeguard his account number and password. In addition, each user shall be fully responsible for all activities and events carried out in his account. The user may change his password and icon from time to time, and may also terminate the old account and open a new one. The user agrees to inform Kuaishou Technology if any illegal use of the user's account or any security loophole is discovered, otherwise the user shall compensate for any damage arising therefrom caused to the user, Kuaishou Technology or any third party.
Activities and behaviors , Kuaishou Technology software, products and services conducted through the registered account are considered the user's own actions, for which the user shall be held fully responsible.
9. Refusal to Provide Guarantee
The user expressly agrees to be personally responsible for the risks arising in the use of mail service. Email service is offered for free and for users’ communication only. Kuaishou Technology expressly states that it provides no guarantee of any kind, whether express or implied.
Kuaishou Technology does not warrant that the services will definitely satisfy the requirements of the user, or that the services will not interrupt, or that the services will be timely, safe and error-free. Kuaishou Technology denies all guarantees, including as to the accurate, timely and smooth transmission of information.
The user understands and accepts that any information downloaded or obtained from Kuaishou Technology software, products and services is at the user's own discretion, and assumes all risks and responsibilities in the event of system damages or information loss. Kuaishou Technology does not provide guarantees to purchases or transactions of any software, product, service or commodity that the user obtains . The user will not receive any oral or written advice or information from Kuaishou Technology, nor will Kuaishou Technology make any express guarantee hereby.
The user is not allowed to publicly claim that Kuaishou Technology has offered the user guarantees of any kind, otherwise, Kuaishou Technology has the right to cease services to the user upon discovery and seek compensation from the user for any losses arising therefrom.
10. Limited Liability
Kuaishou Technology assumes no responsibility for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from any improper use
software, products, services, the purchase of goods or similar services
or relevant websites set up by Kuaishou Technology, illegal use of services or failure to update user registration-information upon changes. The user shall be held liable in accordance with the law and shall compensate Kuaishou Technology for any damage to Kuaishou Technology or any third party arising as a result of the foregoing acts of such user, and Kuaishou Technology may protect its own rights or assist any third party in protecting their rights by use of any information provided by such user.
11. Prohibition of Commercial Activities without Prior Consent of Kuaishou Technology
The user undertakes that he shall not utilize the services provided by Kuaishou Technology to carry out sales or other commercial behaviors
or relevant websites, without the written consent of Kuaishou Technology. Where the user violates this stipulation, Kuaishou Technology shall subject him to liabilities for such breach in accordance with the law, and may claim compensation from him for any losses incurred by Kuaishou Technology.
12. Storage of Information of Users
and Restrictions
Kuaishou Technology accepts no responsibility for the deletion or failure of storage of information posted by the user. Kuaishou Technology reserves the right to judge whether any act of the user complies with the requirements and spirit of the Terms of Service , and if the user contravenes any provision of the Terms of Service, it will interrupt or delete his account number for virtual community services.
13. Safeguards
The user agrees to safeguard and maintain the interests of all members of Kuaishou Technology, and to pay all attorney’s fees, litigation costs, notarial fees, appraisal costs and enforcement costs arising from the user’s violation of these Kuaishou Technology or correcting the user’s breach, and damages arising from breaches of the Terms of Service, as well as costs and expenses arising for recourse against others due to their use of the user’s computer, account number and other intellectual property. Where the user’s password and account are misappropriated, the user shall be held liable for all liabilities and consequences arising during the period of such misappropriation, unless such event is caused by any negligence on the part of Kuaishou Technology.
14. Termination of Services
A. The user or Kuaishou Technology may terminate the services at any time as required by actual circumstances. Kuaishou Technology may terminate the services at any time and at its sole discretion, without responsibility to any individual or third party. If the user disagrees with any provision or amendment to the Terms of Service or is dissatisfied with any service provided by Kuaishou Technology, he shall be entitled to the following rights of recourse:

15. Notices?
All notices for the user are deliverable via email or by normal mail. Kuaishou Technology will send information to the user through such mail services, informing the user of any amendments to the Terms of Service, changes to services or other items of importance. In the meantime, the user's registration is taken as the user having agreed to receive commercial advertisements released by Kuaishou Technology.
16. Participation in Advertising Planning
With the written approval of Kuaishou Technology, the users may incorporate publicity material in the information published by them or participate in advertising planning, so as to display their products via free services . Each of such promotional methods, including the transport of goods, payments, services, commercial terms, securities and descriptions on advertising shall be between the relevant user and his advertisement sellers only. Kuaishou Technology accepts no responsibility, and will not be obligated to take responsibility for any part of such advertisement sales.
17. Value-added Services and Self-service Advertising

The user shall be fully responsible for all consequences arising from any imperfection and illegality of the forms, contents and authorizations of the works provided by him.
The user agrees to grant Kuaishou Technology worldwide, royalty-free, permanent, irrevocable, sole and full authorization to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, adapt, reprint, translate, distribute, perform, and display all works that the user creates and uploads (in whole or in part), as well as their re-authorization rights. Such license and right to sublicense shall include but not limited to the copyrights to such works, neighboring rights and the right to gain profits. The user also undertakes not to grant any license in any manner to any third parties to use the above-mentioned works and the adapted works of such works.
All trademark rights and/or other property rights to all texts, pictures, graphics, audios and/or videos created and uploaded by the user

The user shall fully indemnify and hold Kuaishou Technology or its affiliates harmless from and against any losses (including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential losses) arising as a result of any compensation, indemnification or fines sustained by him to any third parties due to any illegality of any work of the user or such work’s infringement upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third parties.
19. Speech
The user undertakes that any speech published by him shall be patriotic, law-abiding, self-disciplined, truthful and civilized. The user undertakes not to transmit any content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, minatory, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or that jeopardizes national security, divulges state secrets, undermines national religious policies and ethnic unity or transmit any content in contravention of applicable laws, regulations and policies. Where any act of the user does not conform to the above-mentioned Terms of Service, Kuaishou Technology may in its absolute discretion immediately cancel the service account number of such user. The user shall bear all legal liabilities for his acts carried out on the Internet.
20. Ownership of Contents
The definition of content shall include: words, software, voices, pictures, video rec all conten all contents of e- and all business information provided to the user by the virtual community service . All such contents are protected by copyright, trademark, labeling and other property ownership laws. Consequently, the user may only use these contents with authorization of Kuaishou Technology and advertising agencies, and may not reproduce or reconstruct these contents or create any derivative products in connection with such contents.
21. Disclaimer and Compensation?
A. If Kuaishou Technology has indicated changes in methods of offering web services and reminded the user of items to look out for, all consequences arising from the user’s failure to do so will be borne by the user.?
B. The user explicitly agrees that all risks arising in its use of the web services provided by Kuaishou Technology shall be fully borne all consequences arising out of its use of the services provided by Kuaishou Technology shall also be borne by the user himself, and Kuaishou Technology accepts no responsibility for the user.?

22. Controlling Law and Jurisdiction
The user and Kuaishou Technology hereby agree that all disputes arising out of this Agreement and any use of the services provided by Kuaishou Technology shall be resolved by filing a lawsuit at a People’s Court under whose jurisdiction Kuaishou Technology is located.
In the event of any conflict between any Terms of Service and any applicable laws, such terms shall be reinterpreted as close as possible to national laws, while other terms shall remain in full force and effect with respect to the user.
23. Special Reminder to Juvenile Users (Minors)
A. Minors may not use resources on the Internet and services
without the supervision of their parent(s), guardian(s) or adult(s). Minors should also avoid addiction to the virtual cyber world as such behavior detriments their daily living and learning.

24. Account Suspension

In the event of any inconsistency between such special terms and conditions and the above-mentioned Terms of Service, the special terms and conditions shall prevail.
B. Where any provision of these Terms of Service is invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part for whatsoever reasons, the remaining provisions shall still be in force and binding.
C. This website and the user shall first attempt to resolve any conflicts that arise, when the Terms of Service are in effect, through friendly negotiations.
D. If the user violates any Term(s) in the Agreement, Kuaishou Technology has the right to take all necessary action including but not limited to banning the user's account and withholding funds in the account.
E. The right to interpret the foregoing terms shall be ultimately owned by Beijing Kuaishou Technology Co., Ltd.
