Awesome! Focus lock, white balance lock, exposure lock, and free?!
I was considering a tripod mount, came across a mention of this free app.
Does everything i need, eg exposure lock really useful for 360 panos, and some things i didn't even know i needed (eg had no clue that the ipad video cam fills the screen but hides content from the top and bottom).Feedback to the developers of the mount... Love the features, all very smart, but as long as the lens is off-center, it makes less sense to use it as a movie camera.
App is ok but...
For having free the features such as exposure and or focus lock and balance it's very useful. What's annoying is that for every video whenever you stop it, the app closes that session and reverts to the first screen. Same thing when you snap a photo. One shot and it reverts back. I needed it to remain on the mode I'm using it at so I can resume with video recording or photo taking. I want to decide if to leave that mode or not.
