公司有几个分部在深圳的不同位置，我们之间交流文件除了采用E-mail之外就是，采用FTP服务器。可是公司里的美眉很多都不熟悉FTP工具的使用，上传和下载文件都比较让人头痛，好在我找到了一个叫做WebDrive的小软件。这个小软件不但可以将FTP转化为分区，还可以将WebDAV、FrontPage、GroupDriver和SFTP等资源转换为分区显示出来。首先到站点上下载并安装WebDrive软件。有了它的帮助，将FTP空间转换为分区其实只要简单的几步。第一步：运行WebDrive之后，首先看到的是要求注册的窗口，直接点“Try It”即可开始试用。软件提供了20天的免费试用，在20天之内你可以正常使用这个小软件，只是在每次运行后会出现这个要求软件注册界面而已。第二步：进入软件设置界面后首先是输入分区的名字，然后选择需要支持的服务协议，接着输入服务器IP（或域名）并选择映射的盘符，最后在输入了用户名和密码之后就可以将FTP空间映射为一个虚拟的硬盘分区。需要注意的是，在填写FTP服务器IP或域名的时候只要直接写即可，无需写前面的“FTP：//”。否则将导致软件无法连接到服务器。WebDrive可以同时连接多个FTP站点，我们在使用WebDrive连接外网FTP站点的同时也不忘记使用它来把我们在公司内网架设的SFTP服务器映射为我的硬盘。结果同时连接两个服务器的时候笔者的电脑上同时出现了两个100G的网络硬盘，真是爽啊（见图1）！
只要这样简单的设置几下就可以将过去很复杂的操作简化到这样的程度，WebDrive在易用性方面还是很值得称道的。但是WebDrive对中文的支持还不是很理想，比如一些生僻字在WebDrive映射的驱动器里会被认成方框希望将来能够有改进。selenium2+WebDriver+Firefox浏览器报错

end测试结果如下：　　引用　　&&& require_time 1.422&&& firefox start browser time is 9.198&&& chrome start browser time is 11.725由于代码中时间算法的漏洞，实际上chrome的启动时间为11.725 – 9.198 = 2.5那么我们可以得到如下的结论：预先加载rubygems及watir-webdriver的时间为1.5秒左右启动firefox需要9秒左右启动chrome需要2.5秒左右本人的开发机器为AMD3.0 4核，4G内存，所以在其他机器上这个时间会有些许变化。但有一点可以确定，那就是firefox的启动速度确实不敢恭维。firefox启动慢可能的原因是本人的firefox addon比较多。可能卸载几个addon后速度会有明显提升。
