这名字太可爱了,
看着很像小时候爷爷种的榨菜头,
榨菜头是一个一个的,而娃娃菜头是一棵长很多头的,真是奇怪.
吃起来的味道也和新鲜榨菜头的味道一样,我想,他们应该是近亲,
搞不好,还是什么转基因或者杂交优势产品.
娃娃菜头含有丰富的粗纤维、维生素C、维生素E等营养元素，
娃娃菜头有润肠、帮助消化的功能，还有很好的护肤和养颜效果.
[娃娃菜头炒肉片]
娃娃菜头300克&&
胡萝卜半根&& 猪里脊肉100克
（小窍门：把里脊肉，放冰箱冷冻半个小时再切，切肉片会很容易，而且
可以切的很薄）
1 将娃娃菜洗干净，摘去老的叶子部分，然后用刀将菜头的硬皮剥去。
2 将所有材料切薄片备用；
3 大火，锅中倒油，7成热时候，先将肉片炒至变色捞出备用，（肉片最好
提前加点料酒和生粉浆制10分
钟再炒，今天正好我家木有生粉了，所以~~）
4 将娃娃菜片和胡萝卜片入倒入锅中，炒上1分钟，倒入肉片再炒个1分钟，
加盐和鸡精调味出锅装盘即可。
