你好,身高主要由两方面因素决定,先天因素(占70%)和后天因素(占30%),先天因素就是父母的遗传,有一个遗传预测身高公式,是父母的平均身高*1.08=男孩成年时的预计身高,如果想长得高更,就要充分利用后天因素,要补钙、多晒太阳、多做室外运动、每天吊单杠,能刺激骨骼增长。还有就是要保证充足的睡眠。具体一点说就是饮食上要多吃芝麻、黄花菜、荠菜、海带、田螺、虾皮、豆腐、牛奶。骨类汤有助于钙的吸收,晒太阳也有助于钙的吸收。还要多吃新鲜的蔬菜水果,少吃糖、巧克力、甜蛋糕,这些阻碍钙代谢。适合长高做的运动有,.摸高、爬杆或爬绳梯锻炼、引体向上、交叉伸展、跳绳、跳皮筋、踢毽子、单杆悬垂、游泳、打篮球。这些训练都会增加关节、韧带的柔韧性,有助于身高发育。像举重、杠铃、铅球、铁饼等...

Mutation of p53 is a frequent event in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). p16 protein binds to cyclin dependent kinase 4 (CDK4) inhibiting the ability of CDK4 to interact with cyclin D1, and stimulates the passage through the G1 phase of cell cycle. We observed the expression patterns and frequencies of p53, p16, and cyclin D1 in esophageal dysplasia and in esophageal squamous cell carcinomas.METHODS: In 15 patients of ESCC, 5 patients of esophageal dysplasia and 5 volunteers with normal esophagus, tissue specimens were taken from esophageal lesions during the operation or endoscopic examination. We used specific monoclonal antibodies for p53 protein, p16(INK4 ) protein and cyclin D1. Immunoreactivity was scored.RESULTS: Mean age of all groups was 66 years old (range 47-93) and men to women ratio was 19:1. p53 mutation was observed in 87% (13/15) of ESCC, in 80% (4/5) of esophageal dysplasia, in 0% (0/5) of normal mucosa (p=0.001). p16 expression was seen in 40% (2/5) of esophageal dysplasia, 27% (4/15) of ESCC and 100% (5/5) of normal mucosa (p=0.016). Cyclin D1 expression was not significantly different among 20% (1/5) of esophageal dysplasia, 53% (8/15) of ESCC and 20% (1/5) of normal mucosa. Either the expression of p53 mutation or the loss of p16 occurred in 80% (4/5) of esophageal dysplasia and in 93% (14/15) of ESCC.CONCLUSIONS: The expression of p53 mutation and the loss of p16 might play a central role in the pathogenesis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC), and contribute to the development of precancerous lesion such as dysplasia. In addition, there is a possibility that the mutations of p53 and p16 silencing would be the early events in ESCC development.PMID:

To investigate the metabolism of phytol and the role of PPARalpha in its regulation, wild-type and PPARalpha knockout (PPARalpha-/-) mice were fed a phytol-enriched diet or, for comparison, a diet enriched with Wy-14,643, a synthetic PPARalpha agonist. After the phytol-enriched diet, phytol could only be detected in small intestine, the site of uptake, and liver. Upon longer duration of the diet, the level of the (E)-isomer of phytol increased significantly in the liver of PPARalpha-/- mice compared with wild-type mice. Activity measurements of the enzymes involved in phytol metabolism showed that treatment with a PPARalpha agonist resulted in a PPARalpha-dependent induction of at least two steps of the phytol degradation pathway in liver. Furthermore, the enzymes involved showed a higher activity toward the (E)-isomer than the (Z)-isomer of their respective substrates, indicating a stereospecificity toward the metabolism of (E)-phytol. In conclusion, the results described here show that the conversion of phytol to phytanic acid is regulated via PPARalpha and is specific for the breakdown of (E)-phytol.PMID:
