旅客住酒店行李箱里发现老鼠酒店请专业机构鉴定它“籍贯”
无法判断老鼠是本地的还是外地的,酒店赔了3000元加新行李箱

  在外旅游,入住宾馆酒店,如果房间里出现老鼠,心情一定会大打折扣。昨日,来渝旅游的江苏人许冰致电重庆晚报24小时新闻热线966988称,一家人在渝中区一家大酒店住宿期间,旅行箱里跳出了一只老鼠。  “老鼠把一家人携带的衣服咬烂,留下恶心的老鼠屎。”许先生说,最让他们无法理解的是,一家人入住的是一家四星级酒店。  行李箱里跳出老鼠  昨日上午9时许,重庆晚报记者在这家大酒店大堂见到了许冰,他们一行7人,本月23日从浙江无锡到重庆,当日上午11时入住该大酒店766号房间。  23日晚,许冰曾隐约听到几下“吱吱吱”的响动,没有在意。24日晚12时左右,一家人两江游后回到酒店。“我要洗澡,想拿衣服,一拉行李箱的拉链发现不对劲。”许冰的妻子蔡女士说:“拉链断裂了三四扣,我打开箱子一看,衣服上全是老鼠屎。”  蔡女士说,她一层层翻,发现几乎每一层衣服上都有老鼠屎尿,“翻到最后一层的时候,一只老鼠啪地一下跳了出来,吓死我了。”  “我赶紧打了酒店前台的电话,通知他们上来捕老鼠。”许冰说,酒店方立即派来工作人员,捉住了这只老鼠,把许先生一家三口转送到另一个房间。  行李箱和衣物都受损,许冰说,自己提出要酒店方帮忙洗涤消毒,没想到却被拒绝了。“他们说大半夜的,洗涤工人都下班了。”蔡女士说:“酒店方提出经济赔偿,先说500元,后来又说1000元,我们拒绝了,我们想要一个合理的解释。”  老鼠籍贯无法下结论  昨日上午9时许,酒店副经理张强约见许冰一家商量解决办法,张经理说:“以前最多遇到老鼠偷吃客人的食物,这是开业以来,第一次遇到老鼠钻行李箱。”  闻言许冰有些生气:“难道是我们从江苏带老鼠来重庆?我们来酒店当天晚上打开过行李箱换衣服,没看到老鼠。24日一回来,行李箱就被咬烂,说明老鼠就是你们酒店的。”  为了搞清这个问题,酒店方请来了专业公司做鉴定。该公司工作人员彭先生仔细检查了房间、旅行箱和被抓获的老鼠,提出几个疑点:“第一,房间的零食和水果老鼠没有动,却钻进了没有食物的行李箱,这是违背老鼠的天性的;第二,拉链只被咬坏了三四扣,老鼠长有一寸,不太可能钻进去;第三,老鼠的咬痕里面多外面少,说明老鼠在行李箱里待的时间已经很长。”  但彭先生也承认,仅凭这些证据,“无法判断这是本地老鼠还是外地老鼠。”  酒店赔了3000元加行李箱  昨日上午11时许,重庆渝中区工商局解放碑工商所的执法人员来到现场。执法人员表示,旅客对酒店方的投诉,在举证上,的确有证据不充分的地方,而酒店方也无法提供老鼠的确不是酒店内出现的证据。在双方证据均不明确的前提下,希望双方能自愿调解,如果调解不成,就只能走司法程序。  经过他们的协调,中午12时40分许,酒店方同意支付3000元作为许先生及家人的财产损失费,并买来新行李箱。为了解决此事,许冰一家误了上午10点半去成都的火车,酒店方安排了工作人员帮助他们办理火车票改签事宜。  渝中区爱国卫生运动委员会办公室工作人员杨先生表示,如果在宾馆、酒店、饭店这样的重点单位发现活鼠,即使是一只,经营者也将面临最高5000元的罚款以及停业整顿处罚。  重庆晚报首席记者&郝瑶&实习生&肖一帆&摄影报道7×24 客服电话
