请问一个关于房子指标的问题，如果房子带有某个的指标，是指一户只有一个指标呢？还是说那套房子的户主的孩子都可以去读？二手房的指标会不会存在指标被前一个房主占用了，新房主不能使用指标的问题？

只要购买了带指标的房子，有房产证，户口和实际居住情况符合规定就可以就读，不存在指标被前一个业主使用过就不能就读的情况！
