西红柿鸡蛋韭菜面的做法步骤
1. 准备好材料
2. 洗净备用
3. 韭菜切断，姜切片，西红柿切块，鸡蛋备用
4. 分别将韭菜和鸡蛋炒熟盛出
5. 热锅冷油，放入姜片和西红柿
6. 加入少许白糖，盐，将西红柿炒出红汤汁
7. 加入适量开水煮熟
8. 倒入鸡蛋
9. 焖至5分钟左右，放入少许生抽和盐调味
10. 沟入水淀粉，将汤汁烧制稠状，加入少许味精和白糖调味即可
11. 锅中将面条煮熟
12. 面条捞出，加入西红柿鸡蛋卤，再将炒熟的韭菜倒在上面即可
