船员的各种职位:
士兵(Soldier):红色衣服，是支援战斗的船员。
法外狂徒(Outlaw):黑色衣服，同样也是支援战斗的船员。
医疗兵(Medic):灰白色衣服，会给你血量恢复的BUFF。
药剂师(Chemist):黄色衣服，有四种类型的药剂师，分别对应着发光(Glow)，提高跳跃高度(Jump Boost)，提升移动速度(Run Boost)，提高攻击伤害(Rage)
机械师(Mechanic):蓝色衣服，可以增加飞船的油箱容量。
工程师(Engineer):橙色衣服，可以改进引擎使你进行星际旅行的时候耗油量减少。
清洁工(Janitor):棕色衣服，没有特别的作用。
裁缝(Tailor):紫色衣服，与其对话可以让船员穿上新制服，也就是除了你头部以外的身上所有的衣服和装备，如果觉得不满意还可以与其对话换回来。
机械师是每次提升100的油箱容量，工程师是每次减少10%的耗油量。士兵和法外狂徒，好像不管是从哪里招募的，攻击力都是一样的，唯一的区别是武器，有的人会拿霰弹枪或者火箭筒，大部分还是步枪，攻击力一般，有时候还是自己靠谱。企鹅船员好像全都是士兵，但是，还是当做卖萌的宝吧。
其他事项：船员在星球上阵亡后会在飞船上复活。升级到满级的飞船最多可以招募12名船员。不一定拿着枪械和刀剑的NPC招募成船员也会保持本行(士兵)，可能会转变成其他职业，赤手空拳的平民NPC也有几率变成士兵的。
